Tish Norton
Tish received her BA in Communications from San Francisco State University. She began her professional career with teenagers in San Mateo County, building a successful youth organization. After seven years with the youth organization, she moved into a career in administrative training with a small San Francisco-based firm. Her main responsibility was traveling to large companies to work with the administrative teams to effectively streamline their communication strategies and work at peak efficiency. Both of these experiences made her transition to the recruiting field a seamless one.
Tish joined SVS Group in 1999 as a recruiter. Shortly after being hired, she split her time between recruiting in SVS's corporate office and as the lead on-site recruiter for a high-profile client. In 2004 she was promoted to a managerial position. She and her team went on to become SVS's most productive office. In 2006 Tish was promoted to Director of Operations. She has held that title since and is responsible for overseeing all of SVS's administrative policies and procedures.
